Covis is a leading manufacturer of industrial steel products and precision mechanical components. Covis has the ability to manage all aspects of production in three facilities located in Carrè, Asigliano Veneto and Sedegliano (Udine), making it a world leader in precision mechanics and welding.
1994
Covis was founded as a technical manufacturer and seller of industrial steel products and precision mechanical components.
2004
Driven by the desire to grow and renew, Covis increased its services and set up the internal division of Covistone which specialised in the marketing of abrasive garnet sand and replacement parts for waterjet machines.
2007
To meet market demands and offer its customers a complete service, Covis opened the Carrè machine shop and became a manufacturing company.
2010
Covis purchased MV Meccanica Vicentina of Cagnano di Pojana Maggiore, a company with 20 years of experience in precision machining, thus increasing its production capacity.
2014
Covis incorporated MV Meccanica Vicentina by merger.
2015
Covis moved its production from Cagnano to Asigliano Veneto, where it opened a new factory; it also created new headquarters in front of the Carrè factory, where the new welding department became operative with four hot-wire TIG welding machines.
2016
In order to provide its customers with a wide range of services, Covis joined forces with Peresan, a company with 30 years of experience in welding services, and founded Peresan Welding Solutions.
2021
The group grows thanks to the integration of two new realities: Dalmon Water Solutions, a company specialized in the design and construction of civil and industrial wastewater treatment and purification plants, and NR Covis, a company specialized in precision machining and welding of large components.
