Hi-tech machines for lathing, milling and gear cutting operations
Our factories are equipped with advanced and multitasking machines that allow providing precision machining services with short lead times according to the highest quality standards.
We have a turning department equipped with CNC horizontal and vertical lathes designed to handle components with diameters up to 2500 millimetres and a load capacity of up to 20 tonnes. Our multifunctional systems perform lathing, milling and gear cutting operations. Our production department is equipped with CNC multi-pallet, horizontal and vertical centres, and some machines can work with five continuous axes.
To meet the needs and time constraints unique to each customer, we have recently invested in new hi-tech machines. The multifunctional aspect of the new machines allows us to reduce some of the machining steps in order to reduce production times and deliver excellent performances and results.
